Refund policy

Our Simple Very Easy Customer Centered Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of new items for any reason. 

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Our priority is that YOU are happy with what you purchased. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dvdheadphones.com. We will reply with a pre-paid U.S. mail return label that you can download and print. Returns are free and there is no re-stock fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange the item you have if you request us to do so.  Simply inform us when contacting us that you would prefer to exchange instead of return/refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
