Shipping policy

At DVDHeadphones we use the most reliable and fastest delivery method. All orders will be shipped using one of the following methods:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS

Shipping Costs
Free delivery on all purchases is avaialble. Expedited shipping estimates also available during checkout and will vary by your zip code. 

Estimates Delivery Time

Handling Time: 0 – 1 Days (Mon – Fri)

Transit Time: 3 – 9 Days (Mon – Fri) for free shipping

Order Cut Off Time: 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time 

This general guideline does not apply to large / bulky items. Please refer to the large / bulky item section below for more information.

All delivery timeframes provided at DVDHeadphones are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances that may affect the delivery of your parcel.

Backorders
We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 2 business days.

Notes

  • Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $10 redelivery fee.
  • If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust our costs based on supplier price changes.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our  products.  If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, please let us know and we will arrange for a refund/return and 100% money back.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.

Multiple Address Order

Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.

Damages

DVDHeadphones  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Item Never Received 

Customers can contact us by email if he/she never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
